Highly recommend visiting this shop as you will have access to not only one of the biggest ranges of all kinds of Japanese knife brands I’ve seen personally, but also receive warm, kind and overall lovely assistance from the staff at the shop - which I would like to thank again for such a great shopping experience and atmosphere : ) P.s. these guys will cater for anything you might need during your visit; recommendations, test trials, demonstrations or even just a friendly chat : ) honestly great place with great people!

We had such a great experience here yesterday. The person who served us was incredibly attentive and clearly felt invested in making sure we walked out with the knife that was right for us. We got a really good explanation of the most important aspects to consider (weight, balance, material, etc) and got to feel several different knives without feeling rushed. The entrance has a ramp to get in and there is plenty of room inside to manoeuvre even the bulkiest wheelchair/mobility scooter. There are some boutique/custom knives at the back up a couple of steps, but you can see them all from the checkout area and the staff are more than happy to fetch anything that catches your eye so you can have a closer look. We ended up buying a great chef's knife that I'm sure will last us many many years and we were even given a free demonstration on how to use a whetstone to sharpen it. When we left we were told to give them a call if we ever needed any help or advice about the knife, so I'm sure their after-sale customer service is excellent too. Really had a great time here. Thanks for all the help.

I was looking for a knife as a birthday present but couldn't find what I was looking for after searching for hours online. I called Japanese Kitchen Knives for some assistance and they couldn't have helped me enough. They guided me through their website and in moments we'd found a knife and set up next day delivery They even called me back later in the day to confirm the knife was shipped. Thanks for the perfect service guys!

Recently opened (roughly beginning of 2020). Vast selection of Global knives (amongst other brands I wasn't familiar with) and associated accessories. Popped in to seek advice as to how to sharpen my Global knives properly. Shop assistant was very patient and extremely helpful. Ended up buying sharpening guides and a new knife!
