Sashline make beautiful, double glazed and very well fitting windows. we did our complete refurbishment in 2019/20, including replacing all the windows in our house. We had 6 sash windows, 2 casement windows and 4 french doors made by them, one of the french doors being a four panelled bifold door. They are all beautifully made, perfectly copying the original Victorian windows at the front of the house and all the windows are fully guarenteed. The windows were actually fitted by our very good builders, but at the end of the job, with Covid looming, they rushed the fitting of the windows and put the wrong weights in for some of them. At the end of Covid, sadly, our builders had gone into liquidation and so when the sash window started to slip, I contacted Sashline, who came to see what the problem was. They quickly identified the problem and changed the weights for us (even though they had not made the mistake). It was a day's job for 2 men, but they didn't query it or suggest we should pay any fee - and they even insisted on coming back to do the last window, which they identified as having the same problem, even though we hadn't noticed it. At every stage they were polite, efficient and their work was exemplary. They alway cleaned up and left it all in an excellent state. We therefore have great confidence in recommending Sashline.

I recently had three timber sliding sash windows made and installed by Sashline - in October 2022. I am very happy with the windows two are quite large and slightly unusual the finish is really good and the fittings of good quality. Everyone i have dealt with at Sahline has been courteous and helpful and the surveyor even came twice to measure as I had misunderstood how the installtion was going to work in the existing openings. The installer was also very helpful and really made a big effort to get everything finished off well - he even helped me with installing a stone cill. Very happy overall Peter Barnet London

We used Sashline for the first for one our project in Notting Hill for the external sash windows. They were excellent in responding to our initial enquiry and subsequent site survey and providing the samples and the fabrication drawings. Only thing I would suggest they need improvement is the delivery and the installation arrangements otherwise excellent company for external Doors and Windows requirement hence we are using them on our next project too.

SashLine were able to provide all of these for us. They provided a great service throughout the process, meeting with us on Zoom to discuss our quote and make sure we were happy with the details. They visited us to show us a sample window and various colour samples. They also came out to repair two windows that had been installed incorrectly (by our builder) free of charge. We are really happy with the overall finish and look of the doors and windows and found SashLine to be far more affordable than the other companies we received quotes from and would recommend them for good service and affordability.
