I started going to see Rachael (Leeds) in October 2020 after suffering with right shoulder pain and being nagged by the husband to get it sorted. Due to various factors (mattress, sitting most days at a desk and various exercise regimes) I have often suffered with back pain generally although this shoulder pain was effecting me quite badly. Rachael did a COVID check first and then moved onto my "lifestyle" checklist. I'd forgotten how in depth a sports massage can be, but it was well worth the "pain". My shoulder issue has, so far, not returned. I have just, as of tonight, had my 3rd appointment and aside from my usual back tightness (new mattress & trainers are on this weeks list) we are weeding out the possible causes. I can highly recommend going to see Rachael. I will continue to see her on a monthly basis as I plan to up my exercise regimes over the next few months and know that continued massage will help me a lot.

You don’t have to have a sport’s injury to benefit from this highly effective therapeutic massage at SB Sports Massage & Rehabilitation. I am being helped to recover from acute sciatica. The therapist Rachael is brilliant and is really helping my recovery. The arrangements in response to Covid-19 are excellent and help to keep staff and patients safe. Booking is easy and so is payment. I couldn’t recommend the service more highly.
