Other reviews have spoken of the quality of Scale Model Scenery products, so there is little that I can add: they are exemplary from the smallest laser-cut N Gauge railings and bicycles to the larger self assembly drawers, organisers, and shelves. For me though, it is the service that sets SMS apart. There is a true feeling of this being a family business and the care they take reflects this. We know who picked and packed every item. We get weekly email newsletters (if you want them) from owner Justin. In the associated forum app, we see what the team have been up to. I’ve not had an issue with SMS but any enquiry I have made has always been replied to swiftly. Superb, and highly recommended.
