I ordered books before the Christmas holidays which were promptly delivered but as school was closed Royal Mail returned them to the sender (School Depot). I have sent them multiple emails and not received any communication about whether I will receive my order or not, let alone a refund if they can't fulfil it anymore. Terrible service!
