Disappointed that after having an appointment for over 2 weeks to be called the day before and told its no longer available. And the next available slot would be in a couple of weeks. A lot of plans have now been ruined thanks to the poor planning of scotts. This is the only experience with scotts and I'm annoyed in the lack of interest to solve the issue.
