Seems impossible to successfully submit a claim. tried 4 times now and the online system is a complete waste of time! Doesn't fill me with confidence that when my claim is finally acknowledged it will run smoothly. Sadly I'll need to spend more valuable time trying to finally get my claim underway, it shouldn't be this hard!

Avoid. My cat had to be put down at the beginning of March, I put in a claim straight away for her euthanasia, was told it would be actioned within 10 days. I'm still waiting for the payment and none of my emails are being responded to. I also keep getting marketing emails asking how my cat is which is highly insensitive.

Paid bare minimum and charged a full year's premium after my prized Bengal was sadly ran over, also had to pay for her dental work. So they pretty much paid out what I have paid them over the years. DO NOT USE

Monthly direct debit went from £35 to £119 because of a claim. So unaffordable I had to go elsewhere and now my dog has an uncovered pre existing condition according to other insurance agencies. They made it so expensive that I had to leave. I just have to hope that nothing happens to my baby boy that won't be covered. Devastating

Only been with them a short while and have had to make a claim. They’ve been brilliant. The claim formed three parts, some via my vet and some from myself. I received acknowledgement within 4 days and payment to myself and my vet within 7 days.
