Fined me for parking outside their car park, I appealed stating I wasn’t even in the car park but parked outside and the pictures they provided shows evidence of that but they brushed it off in the response stating. We have investigated it and find you are in breach of our car park terms and conditions. I wasn’t even in the car park to begin with.

People getting robbed day light , i reversed into parking cakebox and stayed for 6 minutes to grab food from cross the road in Coventry road Birmingham, my wife and children were in the car! I bought birthday cake for my daughter 3 days ago from the parking fine issued! I was unaware of the parking requirements/restrictions and nothing was clear , the must put metal barrier or parking signs on the parking, the parking nothing showing anything! And the parking is one meter away from pavement and less than 2 meter from road , how this work? Government should be aware of companies like this who ribbing, stressing people life out , how is the even legal?? Government need to find and investigate everything about this company really something is wrong , the Zoomed the picture to make it look like a big parking it’s a small parking inforent a shop with small space close to pavement , half of my car wasn’t even in they parking , the shop itself is in a main road , government need again to investigate and see all this people Money who is going too

If I could leave no stars I would. All a money making scheme. They don’t take into consideration your circumstances or anything. I even offered to pay the original amount but £60 was better for them. And why would you even appeal to POPLA so they can gain another £40. All they rely on is that you entered a contract and signs were clear. Don’t know how they get away with it but that’s UK law for you. I think I might need to start my own parking company.

Doesn't seem to be doing anything. They just took over residential parking and the only thing done is hanging signs. Everyday cars are coming and standing as long as they want. Doesn't look like anyone has been fined,cause they are returning not new ones.
