This company is a complete fraud. I have sent item using their label 9 September. Company has said they haven't received it. I cannot trace it. This leads me to believe they have received it and lied. I can't trust this company they lie ignore your emails and calls. They use the package label you can't trace so this means they can claim royal mail lost it. They take no responsibility even though they've entered the contract. I'll need to open a police report now. This company is disgusting. AVOID

his is my second review as I didn't hear anything for a month about my phone. Nearly 5 weeks ago I received an email saying about a decrease in money offer. As I have waited so long I agreed. It's been another nearly two weeks and still no payment has been made! I have rang numerous times but no one answers the phone. I have emailed numerous times and still no reply! This is unacceptable and I am waiting for an appointment at my solicitors as this is theft and will be reported to trading standards and the police. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
