What’s not to love about being pampered? I absolutely love all Rosewood Hotels and Spas. I had a relaxing massage and the body scrub was insanely perfect. The only downside is that it ended. Sense is now my go to spa in London. Fantastic in every way!

It’s always great staying at a hotel with a world-class spa. The treatment given is 5-stars and the masseuse that I had took the time to explain everything in detail, and then proceed with an amazing massage and facial. Highly recommend! You will feel much happier afterwards and refreshed

Me and my partner went today for our anniversary. We were quite looking forward to a 5* spa experience and what we got was a huge let down where you feel like the whole thing just felt incredibly like going to your local high street spa in a basement. The things that don’t work are; 1- The whole Decor is outdated and looks like it needs to ripped out and done again especially if you are associating it with the Rosewood brand. 2 - I had a 90min Swedish massage which cost £190. When I got into the room, the masseuse told me that if I wanted oils used for the massage there is an extra £10 supplement. I thought a bit cheeky but went with it. Than I said to her that I prefer strong pressure and she mentioned that this would be an upgrade. The massage was basically an exercise of where she spread the £10 oil all over me for 90min. There was no string pressure. I am not sure they understand what a Swedish massage is…in the end she said that you may be sore because I really worked on your knots so you may be sore. I think I am sore because the nots are still there. My partner’s massage experience was similar. The whole experience cost us £475. At reception they asked how our experience was and I said it was “okay”. The response was I am glad you had a great experience. I would not go back and I would not recommend it.

I've been coming for so many years always a 5 stars experience but on the 24th July I went for my birthday as I do every year I found it was a big let down the treatment wasn't good at all nothing close what I usually get I usually get deep tissue massage but they stop it so tired another treatment recommendation by staff I found it was over priced as it didn't delivery to my exceptions in the relaxation room it use to be very nice they would give dry fruits, nuts and magazines for you to read these little things made the experience that little bit extra special I wont be coming here again ill be looking for another spa
