This is a really lovely apartment. We received good communications from the owners/managers and they were on hand to answer calls/ questions if needed. It is not cheap for an overnight stay, but it is comparatively much better than the 4 star hotels in the area and you get so much more for your money; complete apartment with full kitchen etc, secure parking, soundproofed rooms, luxury décor and fittings. Much better than a hotel in my opinion. The soundproofing really did work too. The location is perfect, a really quick walk into the nicest parts of the city with great shops, bars and restaurants. The area feels safe and the car parking is super secure. The apartment is really well equipped, with beautiful furnishings. The bed is really comfy and we got a great night's sleep. Wi-Fi is strong in all rooms and the TV is smart, with the expected apps, including Netflix. There is nothing I would say needs improving and I would definitely stay again - thank you to the lovely Hosts!

The room was nice, however we struggled finding the address, tried to ring both numbers provided with no avail. When we found it with the help of some locals we then struggled to gain access to our room, alongside some other guests who had issues too. Once into the room we found that the thermostat wouldn't work and the room was at 30 degrees and wouldn't cool down at all. Again, tried ringing the numbers provided with no avail. Over our weekend we encountered 4 other groups of guests who had very similar issues. Would really struggle to stay here again, especially for the price paid. Having a message from the managers saying we could ring them with any issues and then having no response from them was really shocking.
