He’s not your average PT as he’s a specialist in lower back pain and exercise as well as all the other brilliant stuff he does. Would definitely recommend a visit. I started working with Graham for two months, to improve my fitness in order to get the most out of a kitesurfing holiday. What I hadn't imagined, is just how much taking control of my fitness would positively impact other aspects of my life; personal and work, mentally and physically. My kite surfing holiday was brilliant, in that my physical fitness was not a limiting factor at all, and I was able to concentrate on learning something new. I am continuing to work with Graham, partly on my next goal, but also just as an ongoing habit that empowers lots of other aspects of my life.

Graham took time to understand my current level of fitness and what I wanted to achieve. Friendly yet stretching - no pun intended 😀 Each session is different which is great as I get bored easily. Different exercises achieving different things each time. The “boxing” is particularly good as so different. Also exercise outside is really good and for me so much better than gym work. Always look forward to the next session!

Graham is a fantastic trainer. He puts together excellent sessions that really push you, while helping you understand the best ways to carry on at home to help you reach your goals even faster. He's super flexible with booking in the sessions to fit around other commitments and it's brilliant to be able to train safely out doors. Having put weight on in lockdown, I wanted a motivation boost to help me reverse the damage. I've really enjoyed my initial few weeks of sessions and have booked another block to continue the journey.

Graham is a truly fantastic personal trainer! He really makes an effort to listen and respond to what you need from your sessions. I’ve got a knee injury, and he’s done so much to centre the sessions around what’s possible for my body. The sessions are super fun and friendly, but they also give you the kind of brilliantly focused workout that you just couldn’t get alone at the gym. Strongly recommend to improve your fitness!!!
