I was harassed by one of your staff members today for parking in a spot outside of your office which was not to his liking. I had an appointment with someone in another building and there were no parking spaces so I parked in an unmarked spot with no problem to move my car if asked. I was asked to do so and as I did one of your staff members stormed out of the office and started rudely shouting at me, I apologised and explained that I was moving my car and that I hadn't been here before so was unsure of where to park, he said that my apology wasn't good enough and continued to try and argue with me. Very unprofessional, I will make sure I never use your company for any services and I will make my family and peers aware too.
