    The most amazing resource! Person who took my initial call was extremely helpful. I got an appt within 4 days. I was seen by the most wonderful caring nurse who put me at ease. Had thorough tests and examination and was asked about symptoms etc in a non judgemental way. Was given anti biotic treatment without even having to go to chemist and then doctor called me later to follow up with advice on an issue involving HRT. I honestly can’t believe how excellent this service is - everyone from start to finish went above and beyond THANK YOU

    I came here feeling really sad, I first had the unfortunate experience of meeting a very uptight nurse, who asked me why I was there and I shouldn’t have come. Then I met Julia one of the doctors there. I had a little cry, and she helped me with my problems and even got in touch with my gp, for me to have Councelling. She’s an asset to shac! I was not massively keen on the people at reception either. But Julia saved the day!

    Well my experience of being booked in on the phone just now was painful. I might change this review after being seen but get a new receptionist. Why he wanted to know why I wanted to be seen is A) obvious, and B) not for him to decide. He also told me I'd be seen in a week on Thursday and confirmed that it was on Tuesday.

    I had a coil removed and re-fitted by Juliette and Lisa. They were fantastic! This is my third coil fitting (previously at other clinics) and this was by far the easiest for me to have done. They were patient, kind and understanding. I will be returning here for my coil fittings for a long as I can.
