Terrible company, they cut through the streets telephone cable (on Thursday)so WiFi also went down... didn't inform residents, when asked 3 times when it was going to be fixed, was told at the end of the day (granted, they didn't specify the end of which day!) Didn't keep us updated at all.. actually lied saying a part was being collected and would be done by the end of the day... Eventually, after day 4, I rang SF Stefan as the residents had gotten together, and we said we would not allow any further digging until WiFi was fixed... 2 hours later, it was fixed.. amazing what can be achieved when a community comes together! Also we have very limited parking in the street and they would turn up, cone the areas they were meant to be doing then not turn up until about 9:30 do sod all. So for 2 days we moved the cones and parked outside our homes... as most residents go off to work before SF Stefan have even thought about having their first cup of tea!

Absolute chaos caused by your roadworks in Little Sandhurst. Blocking in residents with Compounds to limit your own inconvenience rather than having it somewhere more suitable to the people who live there. Choosing to start closing roads and putting out cones on the busiest bin day of the week only to clear off for the weekend and not do any further work. No consideration for the residents whatsoever.
