First, I saw this street vendor selling halal food, and I decided to try several different foods. I tried the chicken and rice, and it was 10/10 highly recommended. The flavour of the chicken was so tasty, and the sauces they put on top compliments the food. Then I tried the chicken gyro, and it was a disaster. All the liquid soaked into the bread, and it wasn't pleasant having if highly not recommend this. They didn't have any falafel even though it shows on the menu, and I was informed they no longer do It as it's time-consuming to make. Also, they no longer give NHS discounts. They accept card payments.

Really good! Better than Halal Guys. Okay, so when Halal guys came over to the UK, I was seriously disappointed. I am 100% sure it's better from the original food cart in New York. I heard about Shah's because my older brother was raving about it, saying that it was better than Halal Guys in the UK. I'm sure anything is better than Halal Guys. So I came across the cart whilst walking through Whitechapel market on my way to the library. And it's seriously good. Fast service and tasty tender meat. I got the combo over rice with all the sauces. The green chutney sauce takes the cake. The two guy's making it and serving were very friendly. For £7 with drink, it's a very good deal for fresh tasty food. I'd recommend going for only chicken if you want a healthier option as I believe the meat is just kebab pieces, which is high in fat. I'd probably go for that next time as I'm watching my weight.

You pay £6-7 for a meal and drink, what’s there not to love? AND it’s quick service! I can never finish one on my own, very generous! The rice and meat are cooked to perfection. The sauces really compliment the food! My personal fave is the lamb over rice! 😍
