I did not know what to do with my mental state of mind. I had severe anxiety and extreme trouble sleeping during a visit to London. My friend who I loved and cared for passed away while I was gone. Dr Wang consulted with me gave me an acupuncture treatment. After the treatment was finished I felt so much better and said to my girlfriend, I'm back! It felt like a miracle how I felt that one night. Sadly I was not healed but kept going back to see Dr Wang & Dr Shen for continued help which allowed me to continued to get better. This was 5 years ago and have since come back for additional consultation, learning and treatments for jet lag and at times my anxiety. Learning about TCM has helped me help several of my friends in London as well as my friends in the US. Knowledge is power and I've been blessed to use this power to keep my health at it's best possible understanding that my health is my wealth. ....... Sometimes you meet a friend for a reason, sometime for a season and sometimes you make a friend for a lifetime. Dr Wang & Dr Shen are my friends for life and forever grateful for the help they've given me.

Sophia Stylianou came into our clinic on May of 2018, She came in and shared that she was getting treatment – private matter. Her GP admitted her into the hospital for a few weeks for his prescribed treatment of her all body pain and without any improvement she came in to see if try acupuncture could help her. I told her that acupuncture is not a painkiller and that further treatments might be needed. –This was shared knowing that her condition might not be easily remedied. There are health conditions that may never allow you to be 100% again. Some conditions may keep you in pain, discomfort and working thru it for a longer time if not a lifetime. Sophia said she understood. After the treatment she shared that she felt very good and was happy when she left. The next day Sophia returned and had pain on low belly, and after the acupuncture there was a blue block on her stomach, I explained that it is normal after acupuncture, if the patient's platelets are low, the needle will touch the subcutaneous capillaries The phenomenon will disappear after a few days. If the patient's platelet is normal, this phenomenon will not occur. She complained about low belly pain. I suggest going to the hospital to see a gynecologist about getting an B Ultrasound to check the ***** and ******. Acupuncture will not cause this pain. This statement of leaving bruised and nauseous and in pain was not the truth. We are here to help you with our over 30 years of combined experience. We do our best to explain and help you understand your aliment then offer the best treatment and set realistic goals to improve your health. We hope you staying diligent to find the right treatment if you continue to be in pain. While we did explain that receiving 1 acupuncture treatment would not cure the pain, we refunded her money. This was not shared. We understand that blame can easily be used to cover, distract, and pass blame. And any patient and or Doctor can’t fully get to the root of the problem in 1 visit. As Doctors, we are trained to help people, we hold ourselves to always telling the truth and offering the best possible advice and treatment. Please don’t give up on managing your care and please keep learning more about Traditional Chinese Medicine and well as Western Medicine.

I came here with what I was told was all over nerve pain I left bruised nauseous and in a lot of pain, I went back to discuss and was told to go to hospital because there must be something seriously wrong as it cant possibly have been cause by them UPDATE I went to the hospital and was informed that my injury was caused by the acupuncture but thankfully I'll be ok in a week or two... I am very concerned by the attitude of the staff at this place their complete refusal to admit fault and their overall tone are completely unacceptable i would be very weary of any advice given by tgem

So So is un understatement...I found the massage extremely rough, and was not adapted to my need, i had severe and very stiff neck and shoulders and tis experience left me really sore, even few days after. it was obviously what i think is a normal decent price for that kind of service. However when it comes to the bill, i don't thinks it's really nice to be asked to book 4 next sessions in advance for a 10% discount. As a clients it made me feel very awkward. Very painful experience, and pushy sales.

Dr Wang and Dr. Shen are very friendly and humble in their dealings with human discomfort and disease. They will advise you on best course of treatments with herbs for internal cleansing and detox plus reducing stress and other issues with acupuncture session. They are reasonably priced. Recently relocated nearer to Haggerston, I am really happy to have them as locals. They have helped me with my anxieties and food allergies. Both experienced in their own practice, they will make you feel at ease very soon. Be patient with their english, but once the issues is highlighted they know how the body and mind works
