Bought a £20 fan. Missing part and poor quality. The box was also damaged from water or some liquid. I pointed the box issue out to the shopkeeper at the time and he assured me everything was fine inside. I had no time to check as going through personal issues. When used i noticed dented leg of fan, and part missing that made it unsafe to use the fan. Also smell of plastic melting when i tried to use. Was given 3 month warranty, went to return for a refund and shop owner or keeper argued with me instead of offering an exchange or a refund. My mistake for shopping here. I left the fan. Keep the 20 pounds.
