The manager is rude and doesn’t care about his customers. Very very disappointed - the manager before was better! Some clothes had stains and holes. They were sized wrong and the fitting rooms were not open

In my opinion, it is run down. There is a lack of space inside which makes it’s challenging to move around without banging into something. Overpriced products and the quality of clothing has been better days. Best to try the other charity shops in Canterbury. Don't recommended

Rude volunteers. Rubbish deals and lack of space so difficult to move around. The manager (Josh, Jake or John) is very rude and gave me the wrong change after correcting him (£10 difference) he got all frustrated and flustered. He shouted at me which was a shock. He refused to give me my correct change back until the younger gentlemen in the queue behind me correct him too - very disappointed canterbury shelter.

Used to be be really good, but sometime this year changed into what seems to be a 'boutique' look. There are less items on display and the prices are much higher. £5 for an old cassette! If the shop is making more money now, I guess it's a win, but personally I am less inspired to shop there these days.
