One of the first charity shops I visited in London and loved it! I arrived in London from Melbourne winter, somehow packed in a hurry and only packed winter clothes, arrived in summer London, not expecting to be that hot, so went looking for some quick solutions without breaking my travelling budget ;) found this place, staff was super friendly, found some great gems for amazing prices, summer in London sorted, thank you Shelter! :)

Man on till at 11:10am 04/01/2023 was not very good at all. My 1 item took about 10 minutes to ring up and in the end me and another customer ended up walking them through the till despite never working on it. Once I paid no change was given until I told him the exact amount due. I have a receipt of my purchase and the item in question, an orienteering compass if the shop manager would like them back or the incorrect information and henceforth price paid was conducted.

Shelter is definitely the best leading high end fashionable charity shop in Holloway. You have the confidence that you are donating to a very worthy cause. Helping those in need who are vulnerable. I think that most of the credit should go to the excellent shop management staff. Tracy who is a one in a million manager.It's a mystery how Tracy and her excellent and good team of friendly volunteers have turned this shop into a classy shop, offering nearly new and designer clothes at very fair and bargain prices. All in mint condition. It feels and looks like a department store. . Shelter is a must... If something good is worth talking about. Let others know. am sharing my experience. Enough said.. It's time to shop. The very best in trendy clothing iall n mint condition. Tracy is very responsible and has worked very hard to achieve the leading store status.
