Rooms: Need updating, but comfortable beds. Hot water, fluffy soft towels. Nearby activities: Close to Harry Potter World, 10 mins away depending on traffic. Safety: Bath mates provided. Grad rail to Bath. Stayed on ground floor. Beautiful garden space easily accessible. Walkability: Grounds easy to walk in. Grass and Gravel paths. Food & drinks: Excellent choice of high standard of food. Chef is a credit. Serving staff very efficient and professional. Noteworthy details: Staff go that extra mile with a pleasant manner to their service.
