Disgusting service!!! Entered my property without permission after I’d spoken last week to office staff. They said it was fine to keep it for few extra weeks because the bad weather had put the job behind (I specifically said it wasn’t ready to pick up). I was at work and my security alarm went off!!. I’ve used these people for years. The new owners are rude and unpleasant once they’ve got your money. I won’t be using these again. Do yourselves a favour and use a more flexible and friendlier non trespassing skip company. I’ve no idea if they’ve broken the gate lock until I get home!!
