If you have any problems with your new stove then you'll just get told to deal directly with the manufacture. i.e. you're on your own. Even if it is delivered faulty (which is what happened to me). Which is not great when you get told that they are too busy to respond. And therefor I suggest buying one online if you can find it cheaper elsewhere. And where you will probably get more support if things go wrong. The reason for this negative review (the first that I have ever posted) is because I patiently waited months for Shropshire stoves to come out and assess the fault. But worst of all... leading up to Christmas I got told that they had passed on the details to the manufacture and that there was nothing else that they could do. And after I got a bit "pushy" (I had been waiting months), I had the phone slammed down on me. Something that I have never experienced before in my life!? I did eventually manage to get a response from Clock (the manufacturer) and they were great. The fix was simple and I was able to sort it myself with their help over the phone with some spanners in hand. So why Shropshire Stoves couldn't have done this themselves I do not know? Never received an apology. Never using again.

Alex is very genuine, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us work around a mistake made by our builders in regards to the chimney position and fireplace size. Nothing was too much bother and the custom insulated flue was made and fitted to our log burner without issue at a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending shropshire stoves.
