    I have been to shumailas a few times now over the last year for my “top to toe” body waxing and also whilst being heavily pregnant. The lady who has done my waxing (Asiyah) has always been so accommodating and attentive to my requests. My only wish is that they would use towels instead of paper sheets on the beds as they stick to your body and tear as you progress with your waxing and by the middle of your session you’re actually exposing the bed which means more cleaning for the staff after and personally not something i like. The paper they use is toilet paper thin and isnt designed for laying on during waxing and for longer periods of time. Something that the management team should consider but the staff have always been fantastic there which is the reason i go back time and time again.

    I wanted to try eyelash extensions so I tried Shumaila because I’ve known them for years. I’ll admit the first time it didn’t stay on one eye and fell out quickly after four days, but given that they are supposed to stay for two weeks, I got a free eyelash refill for both eyes and it stayed on! They’re so convenient and they save me a lot of time getting ready in the morning - they are so natural-looking! Navdeep was so patient with me and talked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what would happen. She also told me how to take care of them so that they are longer-lasting. Will definitely be back - thank you!
