    Member of staff (male) was rude after telling me one evening that the shop was only open too the CREW and I couldn't buy a present for my partner also I have tried to contact customer service but cut off obviously not interested. Spoken to guest relations on board Silver Moon December 22 had a meeting with the person in charge of the boutique shops staff he.saod that the person in question should not have refused you entry into the shop and he would be felt with. We will never be using Silverseas Cruises again and we have been on 98 other cruises.

    We were with Silversea when it was still European. The food the service everything was 5 stars. Since she sails under Royal Caribbean everything is different. The food was mediocre absolutely not hig end standard. The staff was rather frustrated,annoyed or envious of the guests. When the room boys cleaned the whole corridor stank of sweat. The butler is no longer there for you 24 hrs. Since there are less employees than before. All inclusive is not true. Only cheap drinks are all inclusive. Drink selection is not first class. Internet is very bad but they offer you an expensive upgrade. It is very difficult to get a table in the restaurants because they are all fully booked unless you want to eat at 10:30. However, the prices have gone up. Silversea is dead for us and other passengers.

    Customer service in sales has fallen off a cliff since covid. We have had two cruises cancelled and they simply don’t tell you or keep you informed in a professional manner. I suggest never paying the full amount with this company up front. It’s a nice experience on their cruises when things go according to plan but if they don’t it can be sticky getting your money back. As of July 2020 they were fully owned by royal caribbean group. They have 10 ships
