She knows how to care for natural hair and was happy to spend the extra time to detangle my admittedly tangled hair... went to get box braids done and they look amazing and I feel super confident! The atmosphere is also very lovely, super refreshing to find a hair salon for Afro-Carribean hair that shows so much care for the client!

Very expensive, the next day my braids starting coming out. It cost me £80 for single plats and it was was half hair not full. Very disappointed I can understand that it was with some extensions but when the plats are coming out it's not worth It

Ive used this shop a couple times in the past to get my hair braided and it was decent .... however I booked an appointment last week and I was really not happy with the outcome. I could of asked a friend to do my hair how she did. I don't think she was a hairdresser more like a friend helping out she couldn't do my hair properly my middle parting wasn't straight!! she didn't know how to handle my hair she had to re try doing the braids many time as they were different levels uneven. they normally use more gel and put it under the blow dryer for more than 15min where as this time it was 1 min if that with a hand held hair dryer. I am very disappointed as didn't even last a day because it wasn't done properly. Soon as I ARRIVED the manger was asking for more ££ than we agreed knowing that the lady doing my hair is probably not even qualified hairdresser as she mentioned she has her own business cooking. its ashame I will not be going back anymore. The manger knows that it didn't look right all she wanted was her money!! did not look professional at all. not happy as I got it done for my holiday what obviously had to be taken out next day.
