Avoid at all costs!!! I signed a 12 month contract and was asked to leave after 2 months as the owner of the property wanted it back and presumably cancelled the contract with Simply Winch. During those 2 months I was harrassed by a letting agent who let herself in without advanced warning to show strangers around and when I said I may not be ready to move out at the time they want me to because I hadn't managed to find suitable alternative accommodation they tampered with the locks and tried to blame me for it threatening I was in breach of my contract. I tried to get through to the legal reprasentative at least twice a day at Simply Winch to rectify the matter but he continually avoided me as every time I rang he was supposedly out of the office or in a meeting. Very crooked and their contracts are written in a way that doesn't give you many rights.

They won't help you if other tenants get violent and abusive in the household. They don't take any actions, but send empty threats and just forward you to the police! If you don't believe me just try it out.. no consequences will actually happen in the end, only warnings. I have hard evidence on my claims. Me and another tenant are living for months with a abusive couple who refuses to leave as they discovered that their actions have no consequences. Even breaking the contract earlier is not aloud without paying 1 to 2 month extra! It has been a nightmare... would def not recommend. About the reviews; notice that it's really good rated with similarity, but you can tell the 1 stars who tell it like it really is. I fell for this trap ><

Don't trust this agency!!! I wouldn't recommend these rooms or services to anyone. They take your money where they can (deposit, cleaning fees, admin fees, etc.), never fix issues and don't have any emergency help. During my 1 year stay I got locked into my room twice with no one to come and free me for hours (and no emergency number to call). Over the course of the year we had countless issues with the plumbing (no hot water/toilet not working when we moved in). The rooms are overpriced and they charge huge admin fees. Also, they charge you a 'check out fee' just for leaving? Make sure to read the fine print on those contracts. They didn't even allow visitors to stay overnight?!? Please save yourself the trouble and don't rent from Simply Winch. ALSO - don't trust the positive reviews on here...in their 'brochure' they ask you to give them a good Google rating in return for a free bottle of champagne. Ridiculous.
