Worst GP, they were good, specially one of the receptionist is soo rude and acts as if they can't hear you even though i heard myself through the phone. My mother needed a urgent appointment when we finally got through receptionist says you can only explain one problem per appointment plus she didn't even make a appointment and ended up on the AnE few days after at the end as it got worse. Don't even get me started on how they treated my brother that has mental conditions it feels like they don't care which is sad to see however the doctors are amazing just the receptionist

Receptionists are lovely, and Dr Hussain is amazing but actually getting an appointment face to face is near impossible. Poor communication of results, appointments not fulfilled. Shame as it used to be great.

One CERTAIN receptionist is RUDE and had attitude on the phone a couple weeks ago with me when I was simply asking for an appointment, and that’s if you even can get through to them for an appt as they seem to just answer the phone when they feel like it. Doctors don’t really take you seriously. At least in my experience anyway. They was bad a few years ago but now they’ve just gotten worse!! Will be changing doctors as soon as.
