We did Sing and Sign classes with Jennie for over a year - my daughter enjoyed them so much and was often to be found on Jennie's lap, which goes to show how comfortable the children are with Jennie! My daughter did the occasional sign from around age 6 months, but after the age of 1 the signs came thick and fast, and whenever I finish singing a Sing and Sign song I get an immediate request for "more!" (with sign and word at 17 months). The value of early communication is immense, and Jennie's classes were brilliant fun, we can't thank her enough :D

Jennie and the Andover sing and sign group are absolutely fantastic. When we started this program we had absolutely no idea just how incredible it was going to be. Learning Makaton through the catchy songs has meant that well before our little one could talk she could communicate with us. This allowed her to communicate her needs interact more and has grown her confidence immensely. It works in combination with learning to talk allowing her to bridge gaps in her vocabulary and helping her improve her pronunciation without being misunderstood. The songs cleverly cover Manny topics that go hand in hand with raising a baby / toddler such as getting dressed, bathing and more. Our little one absolutely loves it and now enjoys giving mum and dad mandatory makaton quizzes. Jennie who runs the session is friendly, engaging and brilliant with the children. There's no pressure from her or the group to sing along that said you may find it hard to resist ,,🤣 This has probably been the best thing we have chosen to do with our little one for both her enjoyment and development.

We love Sing and Sign! It's the highlight of my little boy's week. We sing all the songs at home and so many songs and signs to help explain to him what we're doing through the day. We're in our second term and he has started signing frequently now. Jennie is fantastic and the sessions are really well run. 10/10 recommend to anyone out there looking for something to do with their baby or toddler!

Sing and sign was something I wanted to do before I had my daughter and it exceeded my expectations! Classes have been brilliant and Jennie has always been friendly and supportive! My little one is using a combination of signing and language and still loves all of the songs. We have used the online resources which has been brilliant for doing the classes throughout the week and for my daughter to learn the signs with her dad and other family members. Would highly recommend for anyone considering!

Highly recommend! Jenny is so lovely and the classes are done in a fun and easy way. My partner and I use the signs with as much as we can and I'm pretty sure our little one has just started signing for food...
