I booked Sitesolve to remove old furniture as part of clearing my flat. During the call I made it clear it was a second floor flat and that I'd disassemble everything so there wouldn't be a problem with the stairs. The original call was a very positive experience and they were friendly and explained things clearly. Having taken time off work I got a message at 7pm the night before collection to tell me they couldn't do it tomorrow and maybe I could call another company instead. When I asked when they could do it I was told it was because of the stairs. Which then turned into blaming me for not telling them (even though they were the ones who bought it up when they cancelled the appointment). I'm disappointed that they left it to the last minute to tell me, leaving me in an impossible position and then attempted to shift the blame to me. So not only unprofessional but also dishonest in how they handled this. Service: Furniture removal
