Paid £150 for consultation which lasted 10 minutes ! Made appointment for mole removal. Turned up for appoi tment, clinic closed! No communication from clinic for one week ! Contacted clinic who had no idea why clinic was closed. Made another appointment which was cancelled by clinic. Rubbish admin, requested refund which was issued. Very disappointing !
