Had a 20-minute consultation appointment for £165 at Bluewater booked for 12:10 so I booked a table for my wife, daughter and myself at Cafe Rouge for 13:00, thinking I had plenty of time. I arrived at sk:n at 11:55, filled in their form and waited until 12:40 and then told the receptionist I could wait no longer and had to leave. After lunch I went back and they apologised profusely, saw me straight away and the doctor did a great job of sorting out my problems on the spot. So highly recommended for quality of service but ensure you let them know on arrival how long you are prepared to wait for your appointment as I believe if I hadn’t gone back they would have tried to charge me a cancellation fee which would have involved a major dispute and aggravation.
