Original review below. After I left this review the clinic manager got in touch and apologised for the confusion with pricing and explained that the initial consultation should have involved as many moles as I needed to be looked at. She arranged an appointment for me to come back in free of charge to have my other moles assessed, and assured me that in future they would be clearer on this. Original: Went in to get a mole removed. The process was quick, professional, and painless. My consultation turned into removal after the doctor informed me she was able to remove it there and then. The area is healing really well even after just one day. However the pricing was a little confusing and honestly the cost of consultation is way too high. It's impossible to get moles looked at by a GP nowadays because of the NHS crisis, but how can you charge people £150 per mole for it to be looked at for 10 seconds? I've got some on my back that are quite dodgy looking but I cannot afford £650 for every mole.

Been to lots of skin specialists over the years and this was a really mediocre consultation, definitely not the worth money and left feeling really disheartened, could have gone to my GP for free instead. After having acne and scarring for over 10 years and trying absolutely everything being advised to wash my makeup brushes (which I do) is not revolutionary information. Was then refereed to the Doctor who was helpful In suggesting I speak to a laser specialist but still didn’t fill me with hope that the clinic wanted to get me results.

I purchased a course of 6 hydrafacials, and on the 4th one I realised the facialist performing the facial really does make it or break it in terms of getting your bang for buck. A massive shoutout to Shola, who is a real professional, bubbly, and caring technician- she really takes the time to understand your skin concerns and goes out of her way to ensure she leaves her clients feeling like they've had a thorough facial with real results in the coming days to follow. Shola is a real testament to Sk:n in Holborn! I only felt like i was seeing real results after the first facial i had with her (this was my 4th one at the time from a course of 6!) No shade to the facialist I've had prior, she was nice enough but i wasn't seeing much change in my skin which was so disappointing for the price you pay for these sessions. I've given this branch a 3 out of 5 stars as while the branch is clean and professional, the manager is lovely and Shola is amazing, i recently discovered paying for a course of 6 facials working out to be around £95 isn't as good of a deal as the half price hyrdafacials on fridays which has irked me slightly. Also they're promotions aren't as obvious to anyone unless the girls at the front desk mention them. Regardless, shoutout to Shola!
