    I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give a 0. Skin balance offer good facial treatments but the customer service is absolutely appalling. They never honour customers’ appointment times. I have had my appointments cancelled on more than 5 occasions for either maintenance issues or appointment time mix ups, with as little as 2 hours of notice before my appointment. For those of you living in and out of London I would definitely not recommend as they can’t be trusted.

    I been pull in to try facial machine. Staff promised left right abd center for best price. ,best facial ,free cream. The package end uo quite high more than £3450. Once tgey got money. I never received email how to start using machine and program as promised. I have to chase facial. Once go back for facial 3 times. Do more skin check. They said I need better machine. Better package. They offered refund previous package abd offer nee machine. Which gave to pay another £2100 still on argument with them. Not comfortable with tge way they keep pushing. Yet not give time to try even first machine yet. Check their website Very little information about skin balance. All rated is total top point. No other rates quoted in there which is impossible. Machine price also big gab. Same machine I can see between £1500 to £9000. So really. I don’t get it.

    I bought the Bonage Classic Collagen Restore Night Cream for my wife from Skin Balance Spa. I am always buying cream for my wife - natural, organic, homemade products as well as all the big name brands. She has a combination, slightly sensitive skin and is rarely pleased with creams for various reasons. I was happy and impressed with the advice I received from Skin Balance when my wife mentioned that she liked the cream a lot. In particular she was pleased with the texture , the scent, the fact that its easily absorbed and isn't greasy.
