I ordered a double duvet set on the 29th December 2020, and received it today, 2nd January 2021. It's a foil print velvet duvet set in Gold, and I am thrilled to bits with it. It looks as gorgeous as it did on the website's picture. Well done Sleepdown.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered a natural colour double duvet set and they sent me blue. I read a similar review where they sent the wrong colour, so clearly this is what they do all the time, hoping that you won't return the item because you can't be bothered, not this girl I'm going to send it back and demand a refund.

Ordered 2 sets of bedding and received completely different sets. Ordered Donald duck and received daffy duck. Ordered lightening mcqueen and received incredible. Customer service non exist as they blame group on who then don't reply to emails. Avoid this company!

I ordered some batman bedding but didn't receive my order, so I contacted them and they say it was faulty so refunded me. I then went on ebay and ordered the same bedding not realising it was still from the same company. And again not received and they have sent a message to say they cancelled the order, because it's apparently faulty! Why advertise and sell an item if you haven't got any that aren't faulty?

I ordered a Duckegg Blue Pompom Double Duvet from Sleepdown. It arrived in good time but when I opened it, there were black marks over the covers and even worse, burn holes on the pillow cases (attached). I contacted customer services, who were less than apologetic and just told me to return it and order another. I explained we were doing up my daughters bedroom for her birthday and their standard delivery would arrive too late and could they help? They told me they couldn't (even though you can pay £6.60 for 1-2 days delivery). I pointed this out. Still refused to help. I am returning the damaged set and am left with a really sour taste with their lack of support or even empathy at the situation. Poor quality and poor customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ordered some bedding and incorrect order came .. Asked to return the offered 15% discount which I declined as I didnt want the colour sent . Asked how to return they told me to print the label and wait for courier???????? Its now bin 3 weeks the parcel is still at my door and hasn't been collected ?! They do not like giving refunds , they are rude and indecisive, and customer service is poor . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS NOT WORTH THE HASTLE !!!

Please dont use this company! I for one will always try to resolve an issue become complaining but this company is something else. Took a month to deliver bedding, wasn't the right bedding once it was finally delivered, I returned the bedding and we are 3 weeks since I returned the bedding with no refund. Everytime I email, I receive an generic reply. Very frustrating!!!
