Been looking forward to the bottlemess brunch all week. When we got there it took ages to get served, me and my partner only had two drinks the whole time during the bottlemess we didn’t even finish the whole 2 hours because we just thought the service was horrendous and the place wasn’t even busy. So won’t be coming back to this one again.

I’m out for my stag do after proposing to the love of my life. I have two badges on, one stating “I’m getting married” the other saying “buy me a drink” just a bit of fun. There was a staff member that as soon as we walked in looked me up and down and said “f*** sake” as we walked to the bar” not very friendly customer service would NEVER come here again
