My partner and I completed the hypnobirthing course with Bev and absolutely loved it. Bev is extremely knowledgable and passionate about positive birth experiences and this makes her course exceptional. As first time parents we’d been told bits and pieces by friends and family but the course allowed us to focus on areas that were most relevant to us and we learned loads. The information meant we both felt fully prepared (or as prepared as you really can be) for labour and beyond and meant we managed positively when things didn’t go to plan. The breathing and relaxation exercises were also invaluable. Can not recommend this course highly enough!
