The man who runs the front desk is an absolute gem. He is polite, contentious, honest and a delight to communicate with. The engineers did their best to address the problem with by ABS and replaced the sensor. The problem did not get resolved. It was not their fault that changing the sensor did not fix the problem. I was expecting to pay for the new sensor, regardless of it not fixing the problem, as they purchased the sensor for me and fitted it in. They negotiated on my behalf and got the supplier accept the return of the new sensor. I was very happy with their effort to return the new sensor. Afterwards, they arranged an electrician to visit the site to look at my car and he replaced two cables and ABS problem was fixed. Throughout all this, I was kept informed and decisions were explained to me in great detail and in lay-man terms. I can think of nowhere else to take my car to now.
