I had a good experience at Smile Wisdom. Liz was my tutor and she was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and funny. The only downside was that they don't provide much information about Osce exams, if you want, you have to pay extra for it. Other than that all good.

I would like to share my experience with smile wisdom, I have just passed my exam after one year with constant support from smile wisdom. I got full support from the staff. They were very helpful during writing and osce exam . If you want to be a dental nurse have no doubt on choosing smile wisdom, I highly recommend it. I would like to thank perminder Kaur , she is a professional and amazing tutor and always responsive and gave me confidence to finish my exam, without her I wouldn't be able to do it 😊. Thanks again.

I have yet to start the course, but I have every faith in this academy. As soon as I enquired, I was met with nothing but professionalism. Mike, was especially helpful and has supported me every step of the way to get me on the dental nursing implant course. Any questions were answered almost immediately, and any obstacles I had to overcome, he helped to tackle head on with no hesitation. He has been absolutely amazing and has turned my hectic journey, into a joyous ride. I cannot wait to start this course, which I have been informed by fellow colleagues in the implant sector of dentistry, that this is a fully comprehensive course for nurses. The tutor is one of the best - she has plenty of experience and credibility behind her, so I am excited for this wonderful opportunity. I have no doubt that the staff behind this course for student support, will be just as excellent as Mike. Thank you once again, Smile Wisdom, for being so efficient, effective and excellent.

A warning to anyone looking to become a dental nurse trainee; there are better and cheaper options available to complete your diploma in dental nursing (see the bottom of the review). My suggestion is do not use Smilewisdom for the following reasons. It is expensive: The course is advertised online as around £1870 (not including the exam fee), for this price you get some below average lectures and next to no support with your exams. What they tell you in the small print is that there will be a mock exam and if you get under 70% you will then have to continue paying 169 pounds per month for another 6 months average. I dint get it in first time I do anther time mock exam I get 56% They also fail to tell you that all the questions in the mock exam are from a book called 'Question and Answers for dental nurses' by Carole Hollins. The questions from this book are nothing like the questions you will get in your final exam and a lot are unrelated to what you will learn in your lectures, so they are setting you up to fail (I got 67%). You will have to find a job within three months of starting the course: You will have to find a practice that is willing to hire you with no experience and also get the practice to change the rota around when your lectures because if you cannot attend your lectures then smilewisdom will chase you down and no doubt demand more money. Lack of communication: I waited up to three months for my work book to be marked and when it was eventually marked I was given 24 hours to make changes. I sent emails to my tutor which were left unanswered. OSCEs: The OSCE's are the practical exam you do alongside the written. Smilewisdom will offer you no support or preparation for this exam unless you pay them more money to attend a course! Still I pay 3211 pound and the say you have to pay 3 mounts more. I tell every one pleas don't join smilewisdom you can find cheaper and better than they . Sanam haidari
