After purchasing a 3 + 2 suite 11weeks ago I received confirmation of order. Since then I have not been contacted by Sofas and More. I rang them 3 weeks ago and spoke to the most obnoxiously rude 'customer service' representative, Who said "It will be delivered when we deliver it". Since then I still have not been contacted. It's become a joke in the family, 'do you think today is the day'. Don't waste your time.

We opted for the 3+2 Verona sofa setup purchased via Amazon. Paid on the 25h April, Sofa is here on the 18th May which is a pretty good turnaround overall. The sofas themselves were well packaged and protected, the seats are firm and material feels nice and doesn't have a smell to it. The sofa probably wouldn't suit people who "sit" on sofas due to the back being scatter cushions but as we generally kind of sit with our legs up it suits us great. Can get me and the wife cuddled on the one sofa so they're quite deep (she's slim I'm not!) The cushions are firm but have noticed a few loose threads, not a major problem, we may change the stag pillow cases as they're not really our thing. Overall, we're really happy with the items, delivery guys gave me ample notice of their arrival on the day and checks a few days before hand if today was going to be suitable. They brought both sofas in and put them in our room of choice, quickly and safely. (They also had to lift our UPVC door off to get the sofas in but put that back on before they left). Would reccomend.

Haven't even taken delivery yet but based purley on the phone call I've had from the rudest man alive about said delivery I wouldn't give one star to be honest. Just been told that if I'm not in tomorrow for delivery they will cancell the order and I'll have to buy another sofa. This is decpite me telling them for weeks that I'm not available tomorrow. The guys attitude was appalling I can honestly I will never deal with this company again.

** update** after taking legal action and nearly ending up in court and over 9 months of fighting.... after taking the faulty sofa away and then cutting all contact ... they finally gave a refund! *** If these sharks take your money .... take them to small claims court, lots of forms and waiting but they should not get away with ripping old people or anyone off **** Absolute joke of a company. Low quality and terrible service. Left an elderly couple out of pocket with no help! DO NOT USE!!
