What a lovely experience from start to finish. We popped in to the Henley store and was instantly greeted and helped by John. Nothing was too much for John and he’s made the process seamless & easy, and was always patient despite my husband and I changing our minds a few times on which sofa to order! We eventually decided on the Hambledon corner sofa in charcoal & it’s exactly what we had in mind from the start. Deposit paid and Hambledon now ordered - we can’t wait for it to be delivered, and nor can our Labrador, who was very much involved in the decision, since the stores are dog-friendly! Thank you to John, and Alicia, for your brilliant customer service - it always makes such a difference.

Great showroom, choice & extensive range of lovely quality fabrics. We had a modular Wadenhoe in a Linara linen fabric. It allowed us to have the size and arrangement for a corner sofa that was perfect for our space and we hadn't been able to find elsewhere. Customer service was responsive, un-pushy & they went above and beyond to help. A year later we still love our sofa and the fabric and cushions are still great

We have purchased 2 sofas from Sofas & Stuff (Henley branch) and we are really pleased with the style and the quality of the sofas. The staff in the shop and delivery staff were always very helpful and they are all committed to excellent customer service. Nick Ferguson the store manager ensured we were always kept informed of delivery timescales and also dealt with any queries we had. All issues were quickly resolved. Great store, Great people and would definitely use this company again.
