Ordered Wadenhoe corner sofa at end of January, at a cost of £4,500. Paid 50% upfront. Was told would take up to 16 weeks. Received email in the first week of April for final 50% as due for delivery within 4 weeks. I chased them at end of April for delivery date. Was told should be by end of May. Chased and chased throughout May, to be told was going to be June, due to delays. Sales staff aren't able to tell me what the delays are though. Then was told that would be July. When I asked to cancel my order as they have totally failed to deliver, was told that there was a 30% restocking fee- £1,436 for absolutely nothing. When I asked for the complaints procedure, I was told they don't have one, as they have never had a complaint. I asked for the directors contact details, which they wouldn't give, he rang off a withheld number, and didn't call me back when requested. they say that they are a small company, but actually have 20 showrooms. I have no faith at all in their 15 year frame guarantee or the stain cover- they can't even get the sofa made! Their staff also post fake reviews in order to boost their ratings. If you are looking for good quality service STAY WELL CLEAR OF SOFAS AND STUFF.

Wow ! What a fantastic company to deal with, from ordering exactly what I wanted through to delivery when it suited all first class and we are so pleased with our sofas. Matt and Ted brought in the new sofas on delivery day as schdeuled and very proffessional and polite a credit to your company. My intial contact was on the first day of opening your Salisbury store, with Matthew's help I was able to get the exact Linwood Fabric I wanted and the look I had planned.

We ordered our furniture today, a lovely lady Lorraine took our details and all our requirements were dealt with very professionally. Lorraine gave us different options that we were not too sure off, i.e. the filling of the sofas, etc. and was very extremely knowledgeable of all the products. We were made to feel very at home and she took a great interest in our needs in relation to where the snuggler chairs were going, size and so on. We were told delivery times, the insurance offered for our product, collection of our old sofa and anything else that applied. We left feeling very pleased and feel that we have definitely made a great choice! Thank you for great service.
