Needed a second opinion on some doors I had fitted by a second party, which I wasn't happy with. They came over to my property to survey the doors and were very professional /friendly, did a written report the same day and explained in great detail what the next steps would be. Would recommend to family and friends.

Soft view built and fitted our new conservatory. We love it and are very happy with it. The workmen were lovely and although we had a few hiccups on the way they were sorted quickly. The one thing that ruined the whole experience was the constant bullying us for money. The measurements were wrong and we had wood up right down one side but this didn’t stop up getting emails constantly and phone calls asking us for the next instalment of cash. This is the only reason we will not use them again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Appalling company - wanted replacement windows for a conservatory they built years ago- came to measure 3 times waited over 5 months - no orders - wrong windows and then charged me for £65 for the call out - quality!!!

Very happy with this company. The wrong colour door was initially fitted but we actually preferred this. Softview agreed that we could keep this one despite it being more money. The letterbox also needed replacing as this was damaged but no problems with that either and was changed promptly. The fitter was excellent and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.
