Impressive place for interior design. Furnitures deserve their prices. Staff helped me a lot. I have definitely a good experience here. Furthermore, the delivery was surprisingly fast.

Great coffee served by friendly staff in a design led setting; the central staircase is stunning. I understand and like that they don’t allow laptops but for a hospitality based business, it seems very off brand that there's no Wi-Fi and that the WC is nearly always out of order?

I went to this furniture store at the end of March. This is my second visit to this soho furniture store. The second time I came here was to buy a cup of coffee. Then I think it is reasonable for me to browse the products they sell in this store because I am a customer. The next thing that really shocked me was that while we were on the ground floor, I tried to take a picture of my friend, because the environment of the place was so nice. A very fat and unfriendly salesgirl stopped us, and in an extremely uncomfortable tone and manner, almost chased us away. I can understand because the shop is not a photo shop (but I didn't see any instructions about not taking photos). Some other girls in the shop took crazy photos and no one tried to chase them away. I think it's because we're Chinese. Then we went to the second floor and didn't want to take any more photos. Then I saw that the female shop assistant was almost watching our every move and immediately told her male colleague. My friend and I were speechless. It was obvious that there were a lot of customers in the store who needed to be served, but the fat girl ignored the other customers and kept watching if we were taking photos in the store. I think it's funny, I think some of the clerks in this store have terrible working attitude and service issues, and are racist. It's hard to believe a furniture store in soho would be like this. Their attitude ruined my day. As an international student influencer, I will put this shop on my instagram story and hope all the Chinese girls don't come. In the end, I seriously doubt whether the young waitress had a good education? I am extremely shocked that young people in London today are racist 😱

I visited this coffee and cake place and found the coffee to be really good. The carrot cake was also delicious and I loved it a lot, and I would definitely come back for the cake in particular. However, I found the staff to be a bit unfriendly, although I can't blame them entirely as the place was full and they were likely busy. Overall, the quality of the coffee and cake make this place worth a visit, although be prepared for a potentially busy and not-so-friendly atmosphere

I am a soho home client and was with my sister and her 3 months old baby walking around the store. We stayed a bit longer than we planned as were interested by a few items like the Sicilian Thyme candle. It was then time to feed the baby. We have asked the team if we could sit in a corner to feed him. They kindly accepted. However, 5 min before the store closed the staff told us they were going to close. We still had to finish the bottle which was almost finished. The staff has then been pressuring us coming every min to insist that they had to close. They show sign of strong irritation and the staff told us that we had to go as the staff is very exhausted and tired from a hard week but also that it wont change our lives if we leave now. This is the worst customer experience and I would like to understand what Soho Home culture and customer service values are as clearly this is absolutely appalling.
