The therapists are completely unable to do their job and customer service is totally unknown in this place. I paid for a course of 8 laser treatments and only received 4 before they closed. I heard that they actually relocated, but I have never received an answer to my emails and calls. £200 lost, karma will get them.

I paid £250 for a package of 8 sessions and after one session they cancelled my next appointment on the day and disappeared ! I rang and emailed for months with no response and now they are apparently closed. What a scam! We need to track this organisation down!

ZERO STARS DO NOT BUY ANY VOUCHERS ONLINE - ANDY LONGLEY IS A THIRF I started court proceedings with him in January after having received an EMAIL FROM ANDY himself stating he would pay my money back in SEPTEMBER 2015. At this stage this is in excess of £950 as I have included court costs and interest. He failed to respond to my court document and a judgment was issued against him. I have then also now applied for a warrant to SEIZE cash/possessions from him to this amount. I have not received any acknowledgement from Andy therefore confirm that he is a bad businessman and in fact a proven THIEF!!!
