I paid for an afternoon champagne cream tea for two, my phone was stolen before I arrived so I was really upset and couldn't enjoy my cream tea. However I should of had two glasses of champagne instead I only got 1 glass of champagne which tasted more like prosecco very cheap. Also as I was upset I asked for the food to be bagged up so I could go but the cream was missing which was very disappointing. The staff was lovely and gave me plenty of coffee which helped calm my nerves. The ladies on the hotel reception was absolutely dreadful and unhelpful the duty manager was very rude and wasn't helpful what so ever very cold in attitude not sympathetic that my phone was stolen so I wouldn't ever stay at this hotel. But the hotel where I was staying at in Ealing Broadway did everything they could to help me so I could get home to East Yorkshire safe they even printed my train ticket off where the duty manager of this place soho wala hotel refused. Due to the bad experience I suffered I went to kingscross and up graded my train ticket to first class so I could leave London immediately. I wish I didn't book my virgin experience here as I didn't get really what I paid for as cream tea suggests cream with my cakes for two people as that is what I paid for and two glasses of real champagne I will be contacting Virgin experience about this matter with a complaint. I didn't complain at the time as I was too upset and distressed over my phone being stolen as it was a very expensive phone.

The food was average (some dishes were great, some were downright terrible) but what really ruined the experience for us was the service. The server seemed quite uninterested, even though the place was pretty empty. Kitchen was extremely slow as well - some dishes took close to 30 mins to arrive! To make matters worse, we were not told the kitchen is closing. We tried to order dessert, only yo be told the kitchen closed 20 minutes ago! Because the service was so terrible, we asked for the service charge to be removed, only to be told they have a "mandatory service charge" which I'm pretty sure is illegal. All in all, never visiting here again. Far better places for Indian food with better service

Notre repas nous a tout à fait satisfaits Les nans à l’ail sont un délice de même que nos plats L’accueil est chaleureux et les prix sont doux Une adresse qui vaut le detour; d’ailleurs l’essentiel de la clientèle est d’origine indienne ….C’est plutôt bon signe en général
