Disgusting service. Ordered a bath online which said 7 - 10 days delivery. It's been 23 days and we've heard nothing about our order. I've filled out the form on their website twice, emailed five times and called well over 10 times. The phone isn't manned neither is the contact form. The email was responded to saying I'd get a call back which never came. The bathroom project is now held up due to this and my disabled partner is without a washing facility.

Ordering online was easy. Price and quality of product is very good and competitive. In this climate living in Northern Ireland has made it difficult for suppliers in UK mainland to ship to here however, Solent were able to overcome obstacles and get my product to me bang on time. My only complaint which isn't really a complaint is they are near impossible to reach on the phone and dont reply to voice messages as they promise to. I had to send a few emails instead which they did respond to within 24hrs. Overall happy with service and would recommend them to others.

'A pleasure to do business with. Delivery didn't go as smoothly as I'd have liked, but we managed! The quality seems excellent, but the bath isn't fitted yet, so I can't comment on the whirlpool of the bath. There is a 2 year guarantee on the motor, and I'm waiting for details of that for my records.
