Save yourself a lot of hassle and stay clear of South East Pml. Terrible letting company, no maintenance or support offered on properties when things need repairing, never answer the phone and swindle you out of your deposit at the end! Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!

Worst costumer service ever,been trying to ring them for a whole day and they dont bother to answer the phone,left a message still was ignored. sent an email which they then replied requesting some information i sent it back and i have waited and waited and nothing. How can they possibly rent any properties with this kind of attitude. Dont waist your time.

If I could give zero or minus stars I would. They do not answer the phone despite calling them every day for a week. They are without a doubt the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I simply wanted to rent a property and I even offered to pay 6 months rent in advance but they still don't seem to care. I don't understand how they make any money and I have now given up on securing that property due to repeatedly being ignored. I have asked them twice to email me the details and application forms for the property and still nothing. On a further note, the property itself had a washing machine directly behind the bath which is actually illegal and I was going to get them to change that however, since I can't actually ever get hold of them, I don't see that happening. I would advise anyone looking into a property with them to just not waste the time and effort and I strongly advise landlords not to use them as you will never get anyone to rent or buy your property!
