This is the place to be to have a pinata party of talking therapies and antipsychotics post trauma and chronic abuse where you can meet like minded people that have some blind faith in the Mental Health System and stay connected to people. I highly recommend this space and give it FIVE stars for abused Starseeds that need to have a break.

Awful suffering from severe anxiety and sleep deprivation asked for help saw someone who wasn’t a mental health professional but a non prescribing pharmacist who then spoke about my issues to be told no help or medication was going to be given, then had a video appointment with a spychiatrist who was to patronising for words . Awful experience I will have to go private as I reached out for a very servere problem and got nothing just basically humiliated. Asked when I was thinking of going back to work lol I can’t breath currently or sleep . Sad the state of this place and the cruelness , I felt worse after . No wonder there are so many people turning to self medicating as no help is given at all. My case as I’m called is complexed however they can not help me at all . Supposed to care for patients but I felt that my suffering was almost pleasure to them

Have to agree with most of the comments listed. This organisation is not providing the service it is suppose too. Lots of money being must being wasted for a service that doesn't exist. You can never get through on the phone. Appointments are always cancelled, long waiting times to even talk to someone. When someone calls, it's totally irrelevant and the person you are caring for has had a nervous breakdown or attempts suicide. This practice doesn't function or perform, staff are more worried about themselves. There is no help for mental health patients, the system is broken and always has been.
