Tribunal 2nd floor clerk Deniese is a not helpful or supportive, very unprofessional she is. OCS security treat the public in a manner that adds to an already stressful court experience, how these people get jobs serving the public is beyond comprehension. Lack basic customer service skills.

I've been deprived of my liberty here. I missed two calls with probation as I get no signal where I work. Off to jail for you then Cells are mind numbing but that's part of the ploy. Staff are excellent, really nice. I'm talking about the security staff here. The magistrate is clearly picked from a pool of, Britain's Deadliest Sociopath. If you like inflicting misery on your fellow humans then I heard they are recruiting. Why twitch curtains when you can ruin lives and get paid for it? We all make mistakes, huge penalties don't help us get back on our feet to move forward. I haven't committed a violent crime but they have their teeth into me. I honestly hope no-one has to go through this S show and if I could help I would. 4* for the decent staff there.

Magestrates courts in this country can be referred to at times as 'police courts' and very rightly so. You have already lost before your trail even begins, so whats the point?. The magestrates will ALWAYS side with the CPS no matter how many lies or strong evidence proving you innocent. They see it as CPS 'good guys' anyone eles 'guilty' as simple as that.
